Sacred Healing Circle

I am excited to unveil my first "Sacred Healing Circle." While the focus of each week will be unique, the uniting theme is nervous system regulation--and ways to feel grounded and supported in the midst of whatever life hands us. We'll meet via Zoom on Sunday afternoons (4-5 PM), and the classes will be recorded in the event that you can't be there live. I wanted to keep it affordable, so the total cost for 5 weeks is just $100 ($20 per session). Scholarships are available if cost is a barrier. To sign up, email Abby!

Reiki 1,2, and 3 Certification

Training

Reiki has been such a gift in my life! In order to share this gift with others, I offer Reiki certification classes on a rolling basis, in both a group and individual setting. Classes can be in-person or on Zoom. Cost is $175. For more info or to sign up, message Abby.
